Joshua brings 25+ years of enterprise application support and global operations leadership to Majoto. He currently serves as Vice President, Digital Channels Escalation Lead at a top-tier financial services firm, where he runs 24/5 incident response across two strategic application portfolios and leads LLM-enablement work in agent development. Earlier, he founded Sun Valley Tech Solutions and grew it from a one-person consultancy into a 25-employee Verint implementation partner serving Fortune 500 clients. At Majoto, he architects the AI agent and automation systems — applying enterprise-grade rigor to the workflows mid-market and SMB clients actually run.

Tom brings 22+ years in customer experience and contact-center technology, most recently as Platform Consultant at Verint Systems — the technical lead behind enterprise AI and Workforce Engagement Management deployments for Fortune 500 buyers. Earlier, he served as VP of Professional Services at Sun Valley Tech, scaling delivery across 40+ implementations for clients including JPMorgan Chase, USAA, and Verizon. Recently certified through Google's AI Professional program and n8n, he turns deep CX domain expertise into AI-first solution architectures. At Majoto, Tom owns solutions strategy — translating client friction into composable systems that ship.
