What we collect
- Contact details you choose to provide, such as email, name, company, and phone number.
- Your message or project context, such as what you want to build, automate, or discuss.
- Consent metadata, including submission time, source form, and privacy-policy reference.
- Basic technical data needed for security and abuse prevention, such as IP-derived request context and session identifiers.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and follow up about Majoto AI services.
- To operate the chatbot, contact form, and website safely.
- To detect spam, abuse, prompt injection, or operational failures.
- To improve website and chatbot quality without intentionally collecting sensitive data.
AI processing
The chatbot may send your message to an AI provider to generate a response. Do not include passwords, financial account numbers, health records, regulated data, or other sensitive personal information in the chatbot or forms. Provider-specific processing terms should be confirmed before production AI traffic is enabled.
Service providers
For the current implementation, Majoto may use Vercel for hosting and serverless functions, OpenAI or another configured AI provider for chatbot response generation, Resend for email delivery once configured, Upstash Redis or Vercel KV for production rate limiting once configured, and GitHub for private source-code repository and implementation tracking.
Retention and deletion
For the MVP, lead requests are intended to be retained in email unless and until a separate CRM or database is approved. We keep lead emails only as long as needed for business follow-up, relationship history, legal compliance, and abuse prevention. You can request deletion or correction by emailing hello@majotoai.com.
Analytics boundary
No analytics tool is active in the current chatbot implementation. If analytics is added later, it should avoid names, emails, phone numbers, message text, and free-text project descriptions. Allowed events should be limited to coarse operational events such as chatbot opened, response succeeded, contact form submitted, or validation failed.
